EDR Installation

Installing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

Please follow the instructions below and refer to images below:

Step1: Login to CISO Workplace "https://cytechint.io" and nagivate to CISO Modules at leftmost corner of the dashboard.                         

Step2: Go to Cyber Monitoring.

Step3: Click Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR, MDR).

Step4: Navigate to Control Panel.

Step5: Go to Manage Endpoints.

Step6: Click Install Endpoint.

Step7: Choose Manual.

Step8: Choose the correct Operating System for your endpoint.

Step9: After choosing the type of your Operating System, the commands will display below needed for installing the EDR agent. Execute the command in your Endpoint environment using powershell or terminal under admin privilege.

Step10: After executing the commands succesfully, click Next.

Step11: A new window will appear and will check the log collector status and update the latest installation of EDR agent. Wait for it to finish and after successfull installation the endpoint will displayed in the dashboard.
